Cuisine session by EMAG: pictures online

A great success for the first Cuisine session by EMAG. Thanks to all the participants to top up the event with fun and so many multicultural flavors! E-mag invites you to the first self-managed international cuisine session! What do you have to do: Make a team with your countrymen. Choose a typical dish from your country. Cook and prepare the dish and take it to E-Room in Pannilani 17 on 11th of May at 7:00 pm. You can decorate your table with typical things of your country. Be creative and enjoy your party!

E-MAG is a magazine organized from students to students of Politecnico di Milano. It especially focuses on students in Como campus. We have a professional team, which combined of a group of helpful, talented, international and local Italian students of POLIMI. The paper version is realized with the financial support of Politecnico di Milano. In 2012, we plan to publish the third issue in July, as a paper version also online version.

We are happy to announce that the winner of the 1st E-MAG Contest is ELIO FINZI!!! The prize is a ROMANTIC WEEKEND in Italy for 2 people! The winner was selected by means of the anonymous elections with the overwhelming majority. We would like to thank everyone who`ve sent their articles! You`ve done a really great job! As a reward, ALL the articles will be published in E-Mag's Third issue.

Wikipedia: English version will be blacked out for 24h

The English-language Wikipedia will be blacked out globally for 24 hours on Jan 18th to protest Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and PROTECT IP Act (PIPA). This will be the first time the English Wikipedia has ever staged a public protest of this nature. What do you think about? We are starting the next issue of EMAG and will be glad to collect articles related to relevant topics as this one.
