Wikipedia: English version will be blacked out for 24h

The English-language Wikipedia will be blacked out globally for 24 hours on Jan 18th to protest Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and PROTECT IP Act (PIPA).
This will be the first time the English Wikipedia has ever staged a public protest of this nature. What do you think about? We are starting the next issue of EMAG and will be glad to collect articles related to relevant topics as this one.
